Order Questions

Our daily ordering cut-off is 2:00pm ET for orders roasted from our New York roastery and 2:00pm PT for orders roasted from our Portland roastery. Orders are shipped via UPS two business days after the order is placed. 

We ship and deliver orders Monday - Friday. 

Once the order is shipped, we recommend you can track and manage your shipment via UPS My Choice for Business.

If you have missed our 2pm ordering deadline, contact us immediately to see what options are available. 

We offer expedited shipping options if you missed our order deadline and need coffee urgently. Please note you are responsible for the expedited shipping if you have missed the order deadline. We’re happy to discuss options with you.

We offer expedited shipping options through UPS. Options include UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air A.M., UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Next Day Early A.M., and UPS 3 Day Select. If you are located in Portland or New York Ground orders will arrive the day after shipped. 

Please note you are responsible for the expedited shipping charges. We're happy to share rates and options available and make sure you are set up with expedited shipping options.

Please include the product number(s), description(s), and pricing. If your order has already been placed, please also include the sales order number.

We’re sorry to hear this! We want to get this fixed for you right away. Please contact us directly and we can get you a replacement product or issue you a credit on your account. We'll try to expedite the order as well.


We can’t accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, we really want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. 

For non-coffee products we’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges on defective items, unused items or items damaged in transit within 30 days of the purchase date.

Admin Questions

The Administrator Role enables a designated account contact to add, delete, and edit account users directly from the ‘My Account’ page. The Administrator is the only user who will have the ‘Organizational Users’ section on the ‘My Account’ page.

If the Administrator Role needs to be assigned to a different user, please email support_commerce@stumptowncoffee.com.

- Hover cursor over account name in the upper right-hand corner and select ‘My Account’

- Under Organizational Users, click on ‘View Details’ 

- Click on ‘Add User’ 

- Enter new user’s first and last name and email address

- Click on ‘Save’

- Please allow 10 minutes for the account to be updated with the new user
